Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours. There will be a $22.50 fee for any appointment totaling 30 minutes or more that is not cancelled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time.


Please keep in mind that appointment times are limited and cancelling early will allow a client who may have wanted the same time slot the opportunity for that appointment.

No show - No Call fee's are $25 per service booked.

In the case of 3 No Call No shows, you will be required to prepay for all future services.

 

We offer a courtesy reminder email/ text the day before your appointment. 


If for any reason we need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.



Late Policy 


We understand there may be times when you are running late. Each guest’s time is important, so we kindly ask that you call ahead if you are going to be late.  

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late and have not contacted us you will be marked as a no call no show.


Arriving late may limit the time of your service, as your service will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. Please call if you know you are going to be late and we will try to accommodate you.



Confidentiality and Privacy Policy


  • We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms.
  • Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
